Logs kiln dried below 20% moisture content ensuring hotter flame, low ash and avoiding blocked up flues.

Our locally sourced Premium Hardwood is a mix of predominately Ash, Beech, Oak and Chestnut, producing optimum heat during cold winter nights. The logs are cut to approx 8 -10 inches, are suitable for most stoves and contain 5% brash.

Surefire Wood adheres to environmentally friendly guidelines.  All our Logs are sourced locally and dried in our purpose-built kilns using bi-products such as sawdust, bark and wood waste to produce totally renewable firewood.
